Just for the Fun of It...

Here's Australian throwback blues/jazzman C.W. Stoneking - looking rather less dapper than usual (he prefers high-waisted white trousers and short-sleeved shirt with bow tie and boater, like Governor Huey Long on a warm day) - as he sings Jungle Blues. Enjoy!

    And I did - enjoy, that is. Have I been living at the bottom of the sea for the last few years? I hadn't heard CW, nor even heard of him. The voice, the band....I'm going to lie down for a bit

    I hadn't heard him either, but he just might be the best Australian since Nick Cave. Definite hint of the Boosh about it too, as one commenter noted...
