Public Service Announcement

Time to stock up on snow chains, thermal blankets, shovels and ice picks - the Met Office says we're in for a mild winter.

    What average, on average they are always wrong? somewhere near? somewhere in the ballpark? somewhere else? Especially if Huw Edwards mentions it. Come to think of it, if any of them mention it. Mild winter indeed, anyone care to take a bet?
